Brenna (she/her) is a social work clinician in her advanced year at the University at Buffalo School of Social Work. She works with adolescents and adults, providing trauma-informed, person-centered care that emphasizes strengths, resilience, and empowerment.

Brenna supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, disordered eating, neurodiversity challenges, complex trauma, grief, and life transitions. She draws from evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, integrating mindfulness and somatic approaches to meet clients where they are.
