Arabez Smith (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to clients across the lifespan. She specializes in supporting individuals, couples, and families with depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, parenting, identity exploration, ADHD, and OCD.

Arabez integrates trauma-focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and The Gottman Method for couples, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She creates a welcoming, affirming environment for all clients, including queer and gender-diverse individuals, fostering personal growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
