MindWell offers a comprehensive program geared toward teaching the fundamentals of culturally informed, research-based psychotherapy to students in clinical and counseling psychology, social work, and mental health counseling as well as for early career clinicians. We believe the potential to grow as a therapist is an ongoing endeavor. The foundation of our training program is rooted in mentorship: providing supportive relationships that help you identify and develop the skills necessary to become an effective therapist while having a balanced, sustainable life.
For more senior therapists we offer regular clinical supervision and the opportunity to join our training team and mentor the next generation of therapists.
Mindwell’s training program provided a rich, real-world clinical experience with a close-knit group of like-minded and driven clinicians. MindWell provides a warm and inviting atmosphere in which to learn and grow while following a rigorous scientist-practitioner model, allowing me to meet an ever-changing political and clinical landscape.
